We live on about 17 acres of land, which our landlords live next to us on. Well early this morning we learned that their grandkids come out here to dove hunt. This was NEVER even MENTIONED to us before/after we signed the contract. We have a one year contract. My boyfriend and I both work at the same place in which we work VERY long hours during the week. For example, we worked 17 hours on Thursday alone. So we really depend on the sleeping in on the weekends, at least til 9 am….for our sleep. Today we were woken up around 6-7 to the sound of them shooting their guns. They are also doing this REALLY close to our house, maybe just a little over 100 feet away…… I guess they will be doing this every weekend at least throughout dove season, and I don’t know what else they hunt out here, so who knows. We signed a one year contract. Being as how we were never told about this at all, would we be able to get out of our contract with our landlords legally? Thanks:)
